Construction

La construction initiale du chalet date du 2016 et les derniers travaux ont été réalisés en 2017. Toute l’ossature est en bois, la charpente massive en épicéa/sapin. La ferblanterie est en cuivre. La couverture
est en tuiles mécaniques à double emboîtement. Toutes les fenêtres sont en triple vitrage avec volets en bois. La production de chaleur se fait par une chaudière à pellets et la distribution par le sol avec sonde extérieure pour la gestion électronique. Les sols des chambres et du séjour sont en parquet clipsé stratifié et les murs recouverts de papier ingrain. Les sols de la cuisine, des salles d’eau ainsi que des
locaux techniques sont en carrelage. Certains travaux de mise en conformité sont à prévoir.
