wooden roofs. The windows are wooden with double glazing and some, on the courtyard side replaced in 2004, in PVC with insulating glazing. Heating is provided by a Hoval 1986 oil-fired boiler for rue Centrale 4 and by the thermal network for rue Centrale 6. The kitchens are semi-fitted. In the premises, the floors are covered with carpet, the walls painted or covered with paneling and technical false ceilings have been installed. The walls of the bathrooms are earthenware over the entire height, tiled floor, enamel painted ceiling. Repair and rehabilitation work on certain
surfaces as well as the facade of building 4 are to be planned.
The plots are located in the center of the town of Avenches, along the main street. They are close to all amenities, as well as the arenas, while being sheltered from nuisances.
